Work Flow
To use LDAR Server Matrix to manage your upstream emissions, a typical workflow is as the following.
- Populate your sites into the system to ensure the sites to be surveyed are in inventory.
- Create a project and assign the sites to it. For example, "2022 North West Area Fugitive Emissions Annual Survey", "2022 North West Area Fugitive Emissions Tri-Annual Survey - Pass 1".
- Assign the project to a surveyor company (vendor).
- The surveyor company start surveys.
- Field managers create work orders to repair leaks.
- Track execution and progress of the project.
- Close the project.
For the surveyor company, once a project was assigned to it by the employer company, it will:
- Assign the project to its technicians on web.
- The technicians login the LDAR Server Matrix mobile app on their tablets and sync data.
- The technicians choose the project to be surveyed on their tablet.
- Conduct emissions survey and update site/emitter information, such as pictures, coordinates and status.
- Sync data frequently whenever internet connection is available.
- Upload videos on web after survey.
- Generate survey reports on web and send the reports to local managers to arrange repairs if there are any leaks.
- Retest repairs if possible.
- Notify the employer company that the project is completed.
