Work Flow

Last updated: 10/26/2022

To use LDAR Server Matrix to manage your upstream emissions, a typical workflow is as the following.

  1. Populate your sites into the system to ensure the sites to be surveyed are in inventory.
  2. Create a project and assign the sites to it. For example, "2022 North West Area Fugitive Emissions Annual Survey", "2022 North West Area Fugitive Emissions Tri-Annual Survey - Pass 1".
  3. Assign the project to a surveyor company (vendor).
  4. The surveyor company start surveys.
  5. Field managers create work orders to repair leaks.
  6. Track execution and progress of the project.
  7. Close the project.

For the surveyor company, once a project was assigned to it by the employer company, it will:

  1. Assign the project to its technicians on web.
  2. The technicians login the LDAR Server Matrix mobile app on their tablets and sync data.
  3. The technicians choose the project to be surveyed on their tablet.
  4. Conduct emissions survey and update site/emitter information, such as pictures, coordinates and status.
  5. Sync data frequently whenever internet connection is available.
  6. Upload videos on web after survey.
  7. Generate survey reports on web and send the reports to local managers to arrange repairs if there are any leaks.
  8. Retest repairs if possible.
  9. Notify the employer company that the project is completed.
