Emission calculators

LDAR Server provides emission calculators on web . On home screen, click 'Emissions' and you will find them on the emissions screen.

Leak rate of component

Function: Calculates emissions of a specific component for a specific year.

Inputs:

Output: emission of the component in kg.

Note: Make sure the following information have been setup correctly before calculating:

  1. Shutdowns of the year. (Settings->Shutdowns)
  2. Pipeline and it's fluid. (Settings->Setting List->Pipelines)
  3. Fluid substances. (Settings->Setting List->Fluids->Substances)
  4. Response factors. (Settings->Setting List->Response Factors)
  5. Monitoring equipment model. (Settings->Setting List->Equipment Models)
  6. Monitoring equipment. (Settings->Inspection Equipment)
  7. Leak rates. (Settings->Setting List->Leak Rates)
  8. Component category. (Settings->Setting List->Component categories)

Corrected value (TVA2020)

Function: Calculates actual concentration of a measured concentration on TVA2020 by applying response factors.

Inputs:

Output: actual concentration in ppm.
