How to add leak repair and retest inspection?

Once repair attempt is carried out, the record and the subsequent retest should be logged in the system.

Add repair

1. Find the leak that you want to add repair or retest.
2. On ‘Leak Report’ screen, click ‘Add Repair’ button to the right.
3. On the next ‘Create’ screen, input or select the repair information. If the repair was successful (not leaking), select 'Yes' in the dropdown list of 'Repair completed?'.
4. Click save.

Add retest inspection

1. On ‘Leak Report’ screen, click ‘Add Inspection’ button to the right.
2. Select inspection method in the dropdown list. (There are 4 methods: Method 21, OGI, Visual Inspection and Other)
3. On the subsequent 'Create' screen, input or select retest information.
4. If the retest result was leaking, make sure to check off 'Is leaking' checkbox.
5. Click 'Save' to finish.
